About the Founder –Sanjay Khullar
A visionary entrepreneur with an unyielding drive, Sanjay Khullar discovered his passion for business and hospitality at a remarkably young age. While many of his peers were charting their early career paths, Sanjay was already laying the foundation for what would one day become a distinguished legacy in the food and hospitality industry.
Early Beginnings in Hospitality
Sanjay’s journey began with the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels, New Delhi, where he took on his first professional role as a front office cashier. The experience introduced him to the fast-paced, people-centric world of hospitality. Eager to learn and grow, he next joined Welcomgroup – ITC Hotels, where he was selected as a management trainee under the esteemed mentorship of Mr. Sudhir Andrews, a renowned figure from The Oberoi School of Management.
Over the next 18 months, Sanjay immersed himself fully in the industry, undergoing extensive training across all major hotel departments at the iconic Maurya Sheraton, New Delhi. His natural people skills, sharp business sense, quick adaptability, and relentless curiosity set him apart from the very beginning.
Leadership at a Young Age
Upon completing his management program, Sanjay earned his first assignment as Assistant Manager of Ghungroo, one of Delhi’s most celebrated nightclubs located within the Maurya Sheraton. Under his dynamic leadership, the club—already a favorite among the city’s elite—reached new levels of popularity and operational excellence.
He was soon entrusted with another key role: Banquet Manager, where he further refined his understanding of event management, service quality, and culinary operations.
The Birth of Seasons Catering
With growing confidence and a clear vision of his purpose, Sanjay felt the unmistakable calling of entrepreneurship. After resigning from the Maurya Sheraton—and with the blessings of his parents—he took a bold step. He rented a small space in South Delhi, where Seasons Catering Services Pvt. Ltd. was born.
What began as a humble setup quickly grew into a brand synonymous with trust, quality, and exceptional hospitality. Sanjay’s philosophy has always been simple: deliver experiences, not just meals.
